PRE-PRODUCTION
To start, we'll arrange a relaxed phone call, zoom meeting, or coffee meetup—whichever you're comfortable with—to discuss the story you wish to convey. This conversation is pressure-free and incurs no initial fee; it's simply a friendly dialogue to explore your narrative. We'll also discuss the memories you have, such as photos and footage, which will enhance the documentary. Compelling archive material is crucial for crafting a captivating story.
If you decide to proceed, we'll create a package tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that the documentary reflects your vision and preferences.
Next, we'll schedule a shoot date that fits your schedule and that of any interview participants. Throughout this process, we'll maintain open communication regarding the documentary's style. Your input is invaluable, and we encourage you to be as involved as you wish. If you're unsure about the direction, don't worry—we're here to guide you. We'll present various options for you to consider, ensuring the final product aligns perfectly with your vision.

PRODUCTION
Following our discussions, our team will delve deep into your story, meticulously preparing with the research and insights you've provided. Then, on the designated shoot day (or days, depending on your chosen package), we'll be fully prepared and confident that everyone involved will feel at ease and ready to contribute.
We'll film at a familiar location that's convenient for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience. While our crew sets up, you'll have the opportunity to chat with the producer and address any lingering questions or concerns. There's no need to feel nervous—our team consists of seasoned professionals who excel at creating a comfortable and conversational atmosphere. Most importantly, we're committed to making you look your best on screen!
POST-PRODUCTION
After completing the interviews, we will begin the editing process on a professional editing system used for Hollywood films. Blending your on-screen interviews, personal archive footage, and cinematic imagery, we will craft your story with a style of music that perfectly suits you. Depending on the package you choose, this process will take between 2 to 8 weeks after the last shoot day to complete a rough cut. We will then send you a link to watch and provide feedback. We will take one week to implement any adjustments you suggest and then send you a fine cut for any final notes. During the final week of edits, we will address all remaining details to ensure your documentary is perfect, and finally send you the locked cut.
